Launching our new online Theory of Change Training Course

I am so excited to be (finally) launching online Theory of Change course. The course will help you to understand how Theory of Change can be used in various health and social care settings and give some practical advice on developing a Theory of Change, including using in person or online workshops. We’ll also reflect how it can be used to strengthen evaluation.

This course synthesises more than my (10+ years) of research and experience related to Theory of Change across the health and social care sectors – both related to research, organisational planning and policy. We also explore how Theory of Change fits relates to implementation science; design and evaluation of complex health interventions and monitoring and evaluation.

In addition to 4×2 hour webinar sessions, each participant will also get a 45min individual session with me to discuss and get advice on their own Theory of Change process.

We’re also offering two fully funded places for PhD students from low- and middle-income countries if you register before April 17th.

More information including dates and costs is available here.

My work involves articulating and understanding how, why and whether health and social care interventions, programs and policies result in change for individuals and broader society. This includes working with stakeholders to understand how system and service level change should occur in their contexts
